By confirming a booking with Bermuda Luxury Concierge, clients acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Concierge Services & Role
Bermuda Luxury Concierge provides bespoke travel planning, concierge coordination, itinerary creation, and booking services.
We act as a concierge, travel advisor, and booking agent, arranging experiences and services on behalf of our clients through a trusted network of independent third party providers.
Services may include yacht charters, private transportation, airport services, private chefs, restaurant reservations, tours, wellness services, accommodation arrangements, event services, rentals, and specialty requests.
Bermuda Luxury Concierge coordinates and facilitates these arrangements but does not directly operate the majority of services provided.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings and experiences are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, planning, coordination, reservations, and vendor commitments begin immediately once a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
All tours, experiences, transportation, yacht charters, private services, and custom arrangements booked and paid for in advance are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled service date.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable vendor deposits, supplier cancellation fees, administrative costs, transaction fees, planning fees, concierge service fees, or expenses already incurred.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 60 days, no-shows, late arrivals, unused portions of an itinerary, client schedule changes, or travel disruptions outside our control.
We strongly recommend guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Third Party Service Providers & Liability
Bermuda Luxury Concierge works with carefully selected independent third party service providers including yacht operators, transportation companies, private chefs, guides, restaurants, accommodation providers, wellness professionals, activity operators, and other vendors.
All services are provided directly by the individual vendor, company, or operator responsible for delivering that service.
Each provider operates independently and is responsible for their own licensing, insurance coverage, equipment, staff, safety procedures, operations, and service delivery.
While Bermuda Luxury Concierge carefully curates and recommends trusted partners, we do not own, operate, manage, or directly control these independent businesses.
Any claims, accidents, injuries, damages, delays, cancellations, property loss, service interruptions, or incidents occurring during the delivery of a third party service remain the responsibility of the provider delivering that service.
By booking through Bermuda Luxury Concierge, guests acknowledge that our role is limited to arranging, coordinating, and facilitating bookings on behalf of the client.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Outdoor activities, yacht charters, water activities, aviation services, and other experiences may be affected by weather or conditions outside our control.
Weather-related cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling options are subject to the policies of the individual service provider.
Where possible, Bermuda Luxury Concierge will assist clients with coordinating alternative arrangements.
Itinerary Planning & Concierge Fees
Concierge planning, research, itinerary design, consultation, and coordination fees compensate Bermuda Luxury Concierge for expertise, time, and personalized service provided.
These fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Changes to Bookings
Changes are subject to availability, vendor approval, additional costs, updated pricing, and scheduling limitations.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information including travel dates, guest numbers, dietary requirements, medical or mobility considerations, preferences, and special requests.
Guests are responsible for arriving on time and following instructions, safety requirements, and policies provided by individual service providers.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during all experiences and services.
Bermuda Luxury Concierge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Force Majeure
Bermuda Luxury Concierge is not liable for cancellations, changes, delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, emergencies, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment, deposit, or confirmation of any booking arranged through Bermuda Luxury Concierge constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
